She attributes her success to her perfectionist nature. She is tough on herself and on her employees to do a great job because their patients lives depend on it. She also credits great teachers.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in this profession because she always wanted to help people. After struggling with seeing her grandmother live with and die of cancer her feelings were reinforced.
