She became involved in her profession because a recurring childhood illness left her bedridden for months on end; during this time, her mother's astrological interests turned her curiosity about astrology into a passion.

Ms. Miller has a mobile application. She had her own TV show, on Comcast, which recently ended. Ms. Miller is the author of seven books, including “Planets and Possibilities: Explore the Worlds Beyond Your Sun Sign."
