Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensuring that the emergency room is properly stocked with all necessary equipment; Scheduling nurses' work hours; Coordinating assignments among the nurses and nurse practitioners; Providing doctors with insurance provider profiles and statistics; Filling in as a clinical-care nurse when necessary; Assisting in the hiring, dismissal and training of employees
