He became involved in his profession because he believes education is the most redeeming attribute in common human nature. The growth of children and the development of goals that are attainable became his own personal mission in reaching out to others.

Recently, Mr. Wainer completed an internship with The Children's Aid Society. He is fluent in three languages and maintains a high GPA in his graduate studies. He is active with Lotus Music & Dance Studio, in addition to teaching at Harlem Bay Network Clubhouse. While he was a record processor at Memorial Sloan Kettering, he worked using technology for clerical duties, and provided volunteer multi-lingual counseling to patients being treated with cancer.
