Mr. Oatts has appeared in college jazz festivals as a soloist and clinician throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, Canada, South America and the Middle East. He is also a recording artist and has released five CDs. He has served as an artist-in-residence at the Amsterdam Conservatory since 1997 and his sixth CD was released in 2008.
