The most gratifying aspect of her career has been leading her district in successful case closures for the last three years, having successfully placed over 60 individuals each year in employment. More importantly though, her greatest reward is the feedback from individuals she has assisted in improving their life circumstances.

She attributes her success to her dedication to excellence.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession at the recommendation of several of her professors after initially rejecting the field because she saw it as more of a job search function. Afterwards, she realized the holistic a psychological skills involved in being successful at helping people reach their full potential. In addition, she had always been very empathetic and often used psychology to help her race horses and abused animals. Becoming a mental health counselor and rehab counselor was more serendipity than anything else, but she feels as though she is where she should be at this time in her life.
Extended Bio Profile:
As a horse trainer, Ms. Studenroth successfully rehabilitated many difficult animals and found many others good homes at the end of their careers. In addition, she has fostered or housed animals herself and also strives to treat other people with respect and provide guidance and support when possible. She also works as an EMT, and one patient credited her with saving his life because she believed in his pain when the paramedic thought he was just drug seeking.
