In addition to being the owner of Margies Red Rose Diner LLC, Mr. Bell is a full-time police lieutenant with the Metropolitan Transit Authority. He has worked with the Metropolitan Transit Authority for 23 years. His current responsibilities as lieutenant include supervising all bridges and tunnels in five boroughs, directing patrols, supervising a troop of 200-300 officers per day, and traveling to different facilities in the Bronx, Manhattan and Queens.
