Ms. Messere is the former county historian for Madison County and has worked as the webmaster for southern Madison County history Websites since 1996. Her writings on history have appeared in local newspapers as well national publications. She is the author of the book, "Eaton," released by Arcadia Publishing as part of their Images of America series.
