She represents international and domestic clients in bankruptcy cases, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, cross-border insolvencies and creditors’ rights litigation for clients in Asia, Europe and the United States. She has represented creditors, bondholder committees, institutional lenders and debtors in bankruptcy cases and out-of-court corporate restructurings in the United States and in many industries including aviation, financial services, technology, infrastructure projects, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, publishing, real estate, retail and telecommunications. Additionally, she has extensive litigation experience in antitrust, banking, contract, employment, environmental insurance and general commercial law in state and federal courts.
