Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
He became involved in his profession because he happened upon an opportunity to work in special education after he obtained a bachelor's degree. He had planned to go on to study social work in graduate school, but he loved the work so much that he instead went back to get another undergraduate degree, this time in education.

Dr. Schloss' mother was a principal of a day school in Massachusetts. His father was a businessman, but also ran religious schools.

Leveraging state and federal government allocations and entitlements, including Title 2 funds; Assessing all day schools and private schools; Identifying where students' test scores can be strengthened; Determining ways to utilize resources in order to educate teachers and help students improve
