He attributes his success to his hard work. In addition, he has been inspired by Jesus Christ; his father, Howard J. Biondi; and the Rev. Joseph S. Rogliano of St. Mark Roman Catholic Church in Buffalo, N.Y.

He became involved in his profession after working in the banking industry.
Extended Bio Profile:
Proud to have worked for the City of Buffalo, N.Y., for 37 years, Mr. Biondi would like to promote the city's many positive resources and good people, who pull together even during challenging times. He recalls how a broad-based team effort helped the city overcome a financial crisis many years ago. Prior to beginning his career with the city, Mr. Biondi served in the U.S. Army as a staff sergeant from 1968 to 1974.
