She became involved in her profession because she was an x-ray technician trained at a big hospital, graduated, and began work at Massapequa General Hospital.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Deptula has been in health care for 18 years and started in health care as an x-ray technician. She is currently involved in a multimillion dollar project doing in-service education for the staff of a hospital and in an intra-hospital network. The hospital is a 300 bed facility and has several offshoots that are hiring new staff.
