Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
He became involved in his profession because he saw that the industry had endless opportunities. He founded his company in 2005, before he was a truck driver. He had started out with a minivan (a Honda Odyssey) with no money and worked very hard as a courier, delivering packages for other courier companies.

Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Mr. Deocharran will continue to build his fleet; he would like to have approximately 50 trucks, a bigger warehouse and generate at least $10 million a year in sales.
