Throughout the duration of your career, what was the one highlight that stood out the most?:
The highlight of his career was working jointly with the company president to grow the company since 2003 from a small local business in upstate New York to a $110 million, 500 employee operation spanning 10 states. He is very proud of the role he played in managing the company through their period of rapid growth. Prior to selling the company to Toshiba in 2004, they were known as Business Methods. Following the sale, they soon changed their name to Toshiba Business Solutions and now serve as one of five regional headquarters for their division.

Mr. Fasoldt became involved in his profession after being strongly influenced by a professor, William Cotton, who later became his advisor.
