What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
1) Research he did in spectroscopy as a pioneer that opened up a new direction for others doing research. Using a mathematical procedure to interpret the results. Since computer technology the math process has exploded utilizing computers.

If you could solve one problem in the world today, what would it be?:
Trying to get access to a good education for all that want it; To somehow obtain scholarship funds through The Hill of the Lord Ministries for those students who need assistance.

He became involved in his profession because of his knowledge in research and teaching.
Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Carney has been developing a free education program that uses a library of DVD programs on various areas of study including 15 different languages and general education development test preparation. He wishes to develop the program further by offering college courses at junior level and make it a full private religious college, apart from assisting high school students in their first two years of college. Mr. Carney’s Ph.D. dissertation was on the calculation of vibration location spectrum of the H3+1.
For 10 years prior to joining New York Institute of Technology Dr. Carney worked at various institutions in research
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Teaching general chemistry I and II, applied chemistry, engineering chemistry, physical chemistry and quantitative analysis to undergraduate students; Supervising undergraduate research in the areas of physical chemistry and inorganic chemistry
