Ms. Scott has been a practicing nurse at St. John's Episcopal Hospital for 31 years. She has worked in medical-surgical nursing, the intensive care unit and case management. She mentors and precepts, and her research on hypertension in African-Americans has been published by the SUNY Downstate Medical Center.
