Overseeing Professional Development for Eight Districts that Target Specific Needs in Special Education and General Education, Collaborating with the Regional Support Center, Traveling to Various Schools that have been Targeted by the State Education Department to Review and Help Implement Plans that will Serve to Improve the Education for those with Special Needs, Managing Staff Development and Follow-Up in the Classroom Setting
