Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
He became involved in his profession was a natural progression. He started his career with paychecks. He also worked in sales and operations in payroll tax and payroll operations eventually moved up to operational management.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Overseeing of treasury operational which includes cash management, business management and process, and credit and collections; Developing and implementing of strategy, system enhancements, policies, procedures and internal controls; Helping the department to set goals; Moving through projects and taking initiatives; Overseeing all cash management and credit collections; Maintaining banking relations, PC compliance, and monthly and annual forecasting
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Mr. Spencer hopes to be in the same capacity that he is today, also to teach, provide and consult, go into organizations and help them by providing the knowledge he gained via different experiences, share with individuals, strategic plan, and help them to grow.
