Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Schioler acted in documentaries that include 'No Space' in 2001, 'Dance hall with Sunglasses' in 2002, 'The Beloved Snakeman' in 2003 and 'Body in Plastic with London' in 2005. She also maintained a simultaneous cinema career, working with actors such as Vanessa Redgrave, Jane Birkin, Gerard Desarthe and Maurice Benichou. She also took part in several emissions on French culture and national radios. Its meeting with the dance is done by Elsa Wolliaston in 1993. She makes many voyages to Africa, where she researches the ritual healing dances initiated in Bwity among Pygmies in the Equatorial forest of Gabon. In 2006, she visited the pygmy people and decided to film and document their medicine man and how he used plants for all kinds of healing, as well as dance rituals. They collected plants for the rituals and found many different psychologies in the use of these plants and dance rituals. The success with these treatments was well above the success rates of western medicine. Each plant and tree had to be asked permission before they could take any part of them for the rituals. Animism was an important part of everything the medicine man did.
