Throughout the duration of your career, what was the one highlight that stood out the most?:
While there are numerous ‘incredible moments’ in his career, he would have to single out working through Bijan Fragrances with Michael Jordan on the development of his ‘scentsational’ signature range of fragrances, as the most remarkably exhilarating and significant experience of his career. The launch campaign broke every conceivable record in the fragrance industry along with winning countless accolades and record sales globally. Mr. Neubig was able to see that Michael is a rare and extraordinary man of style and substance; an individual of immense intellect, passion and wit.

He has always considered himself to be a "thought leader," offering valuable and interesting messaging by utilizing his expertise within a specific market, along with a fresh perspective for trying something new. To be organized and effective in encouraging others, he knew that they must activate the best modern practices, leverage the potential, and as a team, establish a close link with their clients.
