Ms. McIntosh has been with My Life Compass for three years. Prior to this, she worked for New York City Transit authority in human resource. She also did research on companies that had mentoring programs and became involved in the design of mentoring program with the New York City Transit authority. When she started with the New York City Transit authority, she started as a social staff analyst and she retired from there since 2008.
