Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession as she has always wanted to continue her education and be in a profession. She found the law challenging, she enjoyed it and it allowed her flexibility to have time with her children when they were young. She started her own practice in 1997 and went on to do legal research and write motions and appeals in 1999.

Ms. Caradonna has more than 17 years of experience in the law. For more than a decade, she was associated with and then counsel to General Counsel for a major supermarket chain, for which she drafted contracts and lease agreements, and defended them in litigation.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Running the company; Acting as the corporate attorney; Reviewing all contracts and agreements between hospitals and doctor's practices and their firm, and non-compete contracts; Writing bids for insurance company work and transcription work through the New York City hospitals; Coordinating the work that the court reporters do; Marketing; Meeting with clients
