Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she was a dance major in college; she danced ballet and modern until her hip went out. She decided to take acting classes and had a class in electronic media. A woman came into the class to recruit reporters. She invited her down to the station, and by the end of the day, she was a producer of a half-hour news magazine.

Ms. Pyle started a weekly segment called "Save a Shepherd" for The Morning Blend, a new one-hour live lifestyle show airing on KTNV-TV.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Overseeing scheduling and booking all talent; Booking shows; Overseeing all segments and paid sponsorships; Working on graphics and making sure that they are compliant with FCC regulations; Training and managing the interns; Maintaining the website; Working with public relations companies across the nation; Lining up stars and account executives who sell the show; Hiring with the director of promotion and marketing department; Conducting annual reviews; Doing research on paid clients who want to come on the show to ensure they are in good standing
