Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Maestas holds several national titles for racquetball. He is also a published author of nine textbooks on computer systems. He was designated as a state scholar of New Mexico, and is included in New Mexico Highland University's hall of fame as a coach. In addition, he successfully wrote grant applications to the National Science Foundation, U. S. Department of Education and the Department of Justice, bringing over nine million dollars in grants to New Mexico Highlands University.
