Dr. Pandey has developed new drugs including Niprisan (R) while working for Xechem International. He traveled with 40 delegates to Nigeria to speak about their developments. He licensed the drug for sickle cell disease in Nigeria later he took the delegation to South Africa to give away books, dictionaries, papers and pencils. He is working with the University of Toronto Global Health Organization to put together a proposal to conduct research on malaria. He has made over one-hundred presentations at national and international conferences and seminars and has authored 95 peer reviewed scientific papers.
