Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. O'Neill has served in the United States Marine Corps from 1985 to 1993 and has achieved the rank of 'Corporal' while he was in Desert Storm. He also worked as the director of building emergency operations. He has coordinated school safety programs for the School District of Philadelphia. He is currently assisting his wife in building a catering business. Mr. O'Neill would like to thank his mentor, a previous supervisor, whose experience, insight and direction gave him the foundation needed to be successful.
