She became involved in her profession after spending 20 years as a corporate executive and receiving corporate training. She is a lifelong student of personal development and has been to many seminars.

Ms. Inwentarz is an author, speaker, leadership nutrition consultant and general leadership consultant. She has become recognized as a leading food marketing executive in the state of New Jersey due to her experience with prominent companies, including IBM, Best Foods and The Zone Nutrition, and her work in managing category development for the leading brands, Hellmann’s, Mazola and Domino. She has spent more than 25 years working with Fortune 500 companies to develop strategic marketing plans, sales growth strategies, and new business development ventures. Believing that positive energy creates positive results, Ms. Inwentarz utilizes this ideology to increase the leadership skills of senior-level professionals within various corporations. She states that the energy of the leader has a direct impact on the success of the team as a whole, and she aims to help leaders create high-performance teams. She remarks, “To achieve high performance results, you must equip your mind with high performance energy,” and this energy depends in part upon nutrition.
