She became involved in her profession through her previous employer, who introduced her to conducting business with the federal government. She was also inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of her siblings.

Ms. Ayscue previously worked at Systech, where she designed central processing units. In her spare time, she volunteers her time as a school counselor. She is in the process of writing a book on the challenges to operating a small business. Ms. Ayscue is also starting a nonprofit agency called Partners In Destiny.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Bringing in six-figure revenue annually; Compiling quotes for government contracts; Reviewing contracts; Partnering with other companies; Visiting sites; Handling internal bookkeeping; Documenting details and receipts; Inputting data into QuickBooks software; Maintaining all databases for proposals; Engaging in project management; Monitoring technicians to ensure that work is going smoothly; Recruiting interns and additional technicians
