She became involved in her profession because she used to work in large-scale workforce development and with city construction projects. Her responsibilities included creating win-win situations for local and college groups.

Supervising three employees, one who works part time and two student interns; Overseeing all programs for career development and for the development centers; Handling book signings for graduates and activities related to the Bennett Book Series
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. McGriff hopes to go back to school and obtain a Ph.D.
