She attributes her success to her strong faith in Christ, vivid imagination and passion for writing about young women.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession after helping her husband, an author, with interviews and research for his book about Benjamin Franklin.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Sherer Tucker has written a series of eight books, called the 'Petambi Series' and 'Darby Rumbles' series. Her play, 'Darby Rumbles Dolls,' was produced last winter with a cast of over 50 children and adults. She played the lead, and also wrote all 19 songs. It was a great success. She has just finished her second play, 'Darby Rumbles Meets the Queen's Horse.' Ms. Sherer Tucker is interested in meeting publishers of children's stories.
Ms. Tucker currently does a local radio show every Monday called "From a Mother's Heart," on WGMA 1520am
