Before I was hired at Hendrick Motorsports, I worked in the Broadcasting Industry. I worked for the Piedmont Superstations Radio Network, which consisted of four radio stations, WCSL Cherryville, WLON Lincolnton, WGNC Gastonia and WOHS Shelby. All of these stations are located in North Carolina.
How would you like to be remembered by your peers?:
A very hard working individual who was good to all people and who was willing to help others.
If you could solve one problem in the world today, what would it be?:
World hunger.
If you could have lunch with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be and why?:
Jesus Christ. I would really like to know what he thinks about the world today and I really would like to know how he plans on straightening it up.

Mrs. Padgett and her husband have purchased a service station called Padgett's BP Amoco in Shelby, NC . Her daughter is now 16 months old.

The highlights of her career were expanding her business and being promoted to run the merchandising department and museum.
