She attributes her success to her hard work, dedication, and the mentoring of her father. Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
Looking to make a career change and voluntarily leaving her family business, Rambin secured a sales job with her current employer. She was very familiar with the manner in which they treated their customers since being a former one herself.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Rambin has 30 years of experience, most of which have been in the management field. She has worked in the banking industry as a Marketing Representative, the pawn industry as CEO of a multi retail store corporation and in the telecommunication field as Customer Service Manager and Quality Assurance Manager. She also taught adult education high school accounting for two years.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Primary responsibility is to ensure that the company retains its business customer base. Monitor all contracts and churn recommending and executing plans to reduce churn within the company's customer base. Develop and maintain quality assurance measures to ensure that any interaction with company personnel exceeds the customer's expectations. Point of contact for escalated service, sales, billing and/or other customer related issues. Coordinate inventory control, purchasing and delivery of company's CPE related equipment. Work with the Customer Service Manager focusing on the achievement of maximum customer satisfaction and maintaining quality assurance.
