Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Garner began her career in 1963, and took a break to raise her children from 1967 through 1977, when she returned to work. For the last five years, she has worked at Physicians Reference Laboratory, and is now retired. She has always remained up-to-date by enrolling in continuing education courses. In 1998, the Willis Chapel AME Church was rebuilt. During that time, Ms. Garner assisted with the marketing efforts by contacting members and sending out pledge cards.
She also worked with Primerica for approximately eight years.
