Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because of the influence of her personal experiences; at the age of three, she was hospitalized for two years and decided, as she grew older, that she wanted to work in health care.

Ms. Duda has been a registered nurse at the University of Missouri since May 2010. Previously, she was a nurse's assistant and nurse extern at the university's surgical trauma intensive care unit.

Managing morning reports for outside-of-room and bedside care; Making initial assessments and rounds; Addressing daily care plans; Providing summaries; Administering Medication; Relating to family members; Providing emotional support during times of great stress
