He became involved in his profession because he started working in the shoe department at Wal-Mart, eventually became a manager of the shoe department and worked hard to attain the position of field project supervisor.

Traveling around the country to remodel and set up new Wal-Mart stores; Preparing blueprints; Ensuring that the store is functional while it is being constructed or reconstructed
