She became involved in her profession because of her experience she gained while working as a physical education and health teacher in Strafford, MO. and her passion for her profession and students.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Fabatz-Emerick was a grad assistant and manager at D-I Southeast Missouri State University during 2004-2005. Before coming to Jeffco. In her first and only season there, she guided her teams to an overall record of 28-9. She was a teacher’s assistant at Seckman High School during the 2006-2007 term. She is also in her second year as the Director of Student Housing at Jefferson College. Her main responsibilities for the Lady Viking program include marketing and promotions, youth clinics, assisting with team travel, fundraising and community service coordinator, statistician, and maintaining the expenses of the program. She is also one of the top assistants on the court at practices and games. In her first two seasons as assistant coach, she has helped coach the very successful Vikings to an impressive 63-8 overall record with back-to-back conference and region championships. The Vikings have also had impressive showings at the NJCAA National Tournament with an Elite Eight finish in 2008.
