Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit (1996); the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania (1996); the Supreme Court of the United States (1995); the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit (1994); the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit (1992); the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota (1979); and the Supreme Court of South Dakota (1978). She has made various presentations regarding legal subjects at the: Education Forum, Howard University's Third Annual ADR Forum and District of Columbia Joint Task Force on Compensation and Classification Reform panels among others.
