He is dedicated to preserving the freshness of the fruit, so only the highest quality produce finds its way to the company's fresh-cut line. His farm is a marketing leader of frozen fruits in the United States and annually markets over 125 million finished pounds of frozen fruits and asparagus. In addition, the company markets five million gallons of single-strength apple juice and juice concentrates.
