Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession after observing the difficulty that her mother, who is deaf, had in communicating with others. As a result, Ms. Bell became an interpreter for her.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Bell is the first in her family to graduate from college, as well as the first to start a business. She played softball for her community college and is a basic Braille reader. She is proud of her ability to understand and accept others.
