She became involved in her profession because she has always been interested in business. Her dad owned his own businesses, and she always helped him with customers; Customer service has always come easily to her.

Over the last 25 years, Ms. Walter has been on a learning journey. First, she graduated with an associate degree in 1984. She then worked as a pharmacy technician for seven years prior to joining Whirlpool Corporation
