Ms. Diamond has extensive experience in student services/enrollment management. Prior to assuming her position with HFCC, she served as the University Registrar/Director of Enrollment Services at LTU where she led the planning and execution of one of the most recognized student service One Stop Centers. The implementation of this service model resulted in enhanced student service and increased retention. She is considered an authority in the areas of student retention and enrollment services, having consulted with at least 20 institutions on best practices and co-authored an article for the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers. She has presented at state and national conferences on student retention and enrollment services. While at Walsh College, she held primary responsibilities for student enrollment, as well as additional academic and auxiliary services. She was instrumental in bringing about significant enrollment increases at the Novi Campus while increasing the campus’ visibility by developing strong relationships with members of the community.
Ms. Diamond held several positions at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, leaving there as the Director of Orientation. She implemented new initiatives that directly impacted students participating in the orientation program. Currently, She is responsible for the registration and records function in addition to other services that include the development of the One Stop Center, online student services, as well as graduation, commencement and retention efforts. The initiatives launched are always with done so with the goal of offering better service to the HFCC constituents, including streamlined processes, increased communication and greater accessibility of information.

She attributes her success to a great mentor, who helped to shape and mold her into the woman she is today. She is also very well read and grateful for her ability to see many ways to resolve situations.

She became involved in her profession because of her former job as an admissions secretary. She performed many duties and saw the impact of administration on students.
