He became involved in his profession because he felt the need for software applications in education.

Mr. Germany has published manuscripts that contribute to cognitive student development. He is in the process of trademarking his company logo and has submitted a patent for his software products. He speaks at schools and forums and is available for public speaking engagements. Due to his software, teachers who once needed a way to return to the basics of educating children are now assisted by his programs, which enable them to effectively archive lesson plans and monitor student performance. He also volunteers teaching mathematics, science and language arts.
