She became involved in her profession after her aunt suggested she pursue computer science.

Ms. Bartlett performed cooperative education work at C.S. Draper Labs, conducting IT support while studying at Northeastern University. She assumed a position in customer support at iMANY. When she began working with developers to assist with testing and business analysis, she discovered that this was her niche. She was able to move to that area as an analyst in 2003, and from there into product management.

Gathering and Analyzing Requirements, Writing Functional Design Documents, Reviewing Test Cases, Collaborating with Developers, Quality Analysts and Documentation Specialists
