He became involved in his profession because he was in the industry in a different capacity with the NBA's Charlotte Hornets. He always had a technical gift and left professional sports in 1996 to pursue a technically driven career. He was involved with broadband, Time Warner and the NASCAR Hall of Fame, Inc.

Mr. Manley has opened three state of the art, multimillion-dollar sports complexes over the last 10 years. In addition, he has retro-upfitted the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C., to become a more modern technical venue.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Overseeing all game day broadcasting transmissions and arena broadcasting; Directing; Shooting; Producing all Washington basketball games, WNBA, Washington International Horse Show, tennis matches, NCWA, and National Cadet Corps basketball tournaments; Overseeing all technology in the building, including the MAC media server system
