Ms. Ruch was formerly a hospital nurse in critical care and wanted to try working in a different field. She decided to work her way up into management to see if she wanted to pursue a master’s degree. Her dog is a member of the Chesapeake DockDogs, and Ms. Ruch tends to pets in her free time.
