Ms. Donovan-Faubert has nearly 12 years of experience in the interior decorating in Vancouver as a junior decorator for two years this has helped her business flourish. She was involved in marketing and in the real estate field as a realtor for seven years in Edmonton. Now she started her business 16 months ago after a transfer to a new city with her husband's company. She has taken various courses from real estate boards of Edmonton and Winnipeg, and also a aprentership in interior decorating.

Staging, redesign and home staging; Marketing; Hiring subcontractors for movers and trades people to do small jobs like room painting; Designing floor plans, color scheme and decor design; Meeting with clients for assessment on staging or redesign; Determining the staging for families and people with pets; Emphasizing family friendly staging and educating clients; Estimating on budgets and give clients return on investment
