There have been a number of highlights in my career. One main highlight was when I was given the opportunity to partner with two Fortune 100 clients and one Fortune 500 client in the development of a number of multivariate models.This was a turning point as I realized I could blend a number of my passions to create a very interesting and fun position, as well as truly make a difference in dramatically increasing response rates.

I’ve been fortunate to learn from various mentors along the way. I am a pragmatic optimist with unwavering dedication, the ability to overcome obstacles and think “outside the box”, as well as having a mastery of details and a willingness to take calculated risks.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
During my career I held various positions in Marketing and Financial Planning and Analysis Divisions. While on this path, I realized that I could blend my passions into a position that was strategic, yet tactical, and effectively bridge the communication abyss between the technical and business communities.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage the business-side administration and support of RSA’s Salesforce.com instance supporting Direct Sales, Channel Operations, Professional Services Solution Principals, and Marketing. Drive and manage global marketing measurement; oversee reporting for executive and senior leadership, and reporting for geo and regional stakeholders, detailing trends and outcomes against goals. Company lead for operational metrics and analytics for RSA and RSA acquisitions. Oversee global lead management process.
