Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Directing pastoral care; Serving as patient advocate and human rights officer.; Participating in the performance improvement (PI) team in the Department of Quality and Safety, providing immediate assistance at patients' bedsides and offering resolutions; Working with two chaplains; Conducting bereavement groups, seminars and crisis interventions
