She became involved in her profession because she has always been drawn to working with people who have learning challenges; she is intrigued with the science of how people with and without challenges learn.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Mullen has been able to make small changes within the district that have helped to improve programming for students. The summer program has flourished, and continues to grow and develop for student needs. Programs at the high school and middle school have been developed to meet the learning needs of their most severe needs students. She is proud to have been a part of these program developments, and looks forward to further program developments.
