Ms. Drinkhouse is currently writing an autobiography, titled "My Life is a Laugh." She created Our Lady of Peace Prayer Chapel, a nondenominational place of worship, meditation and prayer. The chapel was constructed as a gift to her mother and a tribute to her late husband, a New York City restaurateur and art connoisseur. Ms. Drinkhouse and her daughter, Eva, took a trip around the world in 2007. Eva is a National Merit scholar who is now pursuing a Ph.D. at New York University. Ms. Drinkhouse has a guest cottage that she rents out daily for those who wish to use the spa. She is designing a crystal jacuzzi by using a technique that utilizes the energy made from the crystals. She attends integrative seminars and strives to remain updated on the cutting edge of preventative medicine and healing techniques. Her mother is the "love of her life," and her daughter is her "pride and joy."
